We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Propvisor. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
demonstrating and presenting products
establishing a new business
maintaining accurate records
attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
reviewing sales performance
negotiating contracts and packages
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling and Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
