*Job Title:* Business Development Manager (BDM)

*Reports to:* [Director/Head of Business Development]

*Location:* Noida


*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion for our recruitment agency. As a BDM, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and generating revenue.


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Business Development:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue.

2. *Client Acquisition:*

- Source new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.

- Pitch and present our services to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals.

3. *Relationship Management:*

- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. *Market Research:*

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

- Analyze competitors and identify areas for differentiation.

5. *Team Collaboration:*

- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings.


*Requirements:*


1. *Experience:* 5-6 years in business development, sales, or recruitment.

2. *Skills:*

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
