We are looking for a confident, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our Professional Lights Segment. This role focuses on high-level networking and creating long-term value for our brand within the professional architectural and commercial lighting space.
✔ Key Responsibilities
Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and real estate developers.
Consultative Selling: Understand client project requirements and recommend high-end professional lighting solutions that align with their aesthetic and technical needs.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments to grow the brand's footprint.
Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and deliver compelling pitches to various stakeholders.

Gender: Female candidates only.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written speaking skills are mandatory. The candidate must be able to represent the brand with sophistication.
Experience: Freshers with a high degree of confidence and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills and a natural ability to connect with corporate clients.
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA or a background in Architecture/Design is a plus).
✔ Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package: ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (Fixed).
Allowances: Reimbursement of travel expenses for official office-related visits and client meetings.
