We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our logistics network and onboard Traker franchise partners across assigned territories. You will identify potential partners, pitch the Traker business model, and support them through onboarding & revenue generation.
Identify and acquire new franchise partners for Traker in target locations
Drive sales pipeline: prospecting, meetings, presentations, and closures
Explain Traker franchise business model, ROI, benefits, and support structure
Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics distributors, fleet owners, and entrepreneurs
Achieve monthly franchise acquisition and revenue targets
Conduct field visits, market mapping, and competitor research
Support franchise partners post-onboarding to ensure quick business activation
Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and CRM updates
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Logistics preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Experience in channel sales / franchise sales is a strong advantage
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets
Proficiency in Hindi/English; local language is a plus
