We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Trainwell Careers . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals
• Identify new opportunities (domestic & international)
• Build strong sales pipeline & analyze market trends
• Present services, create proposals, negotiate & close deals
• Achieve revenue targets consistently
• Manage client relationships & coordinate with tech teams
• Stay updated on industry trends & explore partnerships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in IT sales/BD
• Proven revenue generation & deal-closing experience
• Strong communication, negotiation & CRM skills
• Knowledge of software, mobile, and web services
Preferred:
• MBA, international sales exposure
• Network in IT industry
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Cloud
• Experience with Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
