Business Development Manager

Job Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: INR 15,000 – 25,000 per month + Lead Generation Incentives

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and industry-aware Business Development Manager who comes specifically from the Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Digital Media industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, backend operations, client servicing, and the technical workflow involved in executing marketing projects.

The ideal candidate should be capable of generating business opportunities, handling client communication, managing floor operations, and coordinating efficiently with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:       

·         Generate leads and onboard new clients for the agency

·         Handle client meetings, presentations, and business pitches

·         Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams accordingly

·         Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and client servicing activities

·         Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, SEO, and website teams

·         Manage floor operations and maintain professional workplace coordination

·         Build and maintain long-term client relationships

·         Achieve monthly business and revenue targets

·         Support branding, networking, and business expansion activities

·         Maintain proper communication between clients and execution teams

Requirements:

·         Candidate must have prior experience in the Marketing, Advertising, Branding, or Digital Media industry only

·         Strong understanding of digital marketing services and agency workflow

·         Knowledge of backend operations and technical aspects of marketing projects

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         Experience in sales, client servicing, or business development

·         Confident personality with leadership and team management qualities

·         Ability to manage clients, operations, and internal coordination simultaneously

·  Target-orientated mindset with strong follow-up skills
