We are looking for a result-driven Digital Account Manager who will act as the bridge between clients and the internal digital marketing team. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding business goals, and ensuring successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with clients (primary point of contact)
Understand client requirements and business objectives
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Website, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams (design, ads, content, web development)
Track campaign performance and prepare reports (weekly/monthly)
Ensure timely delivery of all projects and campaigns
Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services
Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution
Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews

Strong communication and client-handling skills
Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media)
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
Project management and multitasking ability

Sales and negotiation skills (added advantage)
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing agency/client servicing role
