Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify potential business opportunities in the architectural and construction sectors through market research, networking, and digital channels.

Client Relationship Management:

Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Proposal Development:

Collaborate with the design and strategy team to prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.

Partnership Development:

Establish connections with real estate developers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to explore strategic alliances.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

Develop quarterly and annual business development plans. Track and report KPIs, sales pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Brand Positioning Support:

Work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through events, social media, and PR initiatives.

Industry Engagement:

Represent Company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build brand recognition.
