🎯 Job Description:

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Sterling Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and proven skills in closing deals, handling clients, and generating revenue.


✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels – cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, references, etc.

  • Pitch and present our digital marketing services (Lead Generation, SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Web Development, etc.) to potential clients.

  • Understand client requirements and create customized proposals.

  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers and maintain strong post-sale relationships.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution and proposal support.

  • Maintain CRM with updated lead and client information.


📌 Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in handling B2B or B2C clients

  • Understanding of digital marketing services like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Branding, etc.

  • Ability to close high-ticket sales and build long-term relationships

  • Knowledge of tools like CRM, Excel, Google Workspace is a plus
