Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute strategies that drive business growth, build client relationships, and expand market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client handling, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
