Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the sales of our luxury European loose furniture brands in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, a strong network of direct clients and architects, and a passion for high-end furniture.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Mumbai region.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and architects. Understand their needs and provide tailored furniture solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture brands and their unique selling points. Communicate these effectively to clients.
Presentation & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury furniture or related industry.
Strong network of direct clients and architects in the Mumbai region.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for high-end furniture and interior design.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
