Job Title: Relationship Manager – Bancassurance Channel

Company: IndiaFirst Life Insurance

Tie-up Bank: Union Bank of India

Channel: Bancassurance

Salary: ₹3.25 LPA +travel

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Union Bank of India branch staff.

• Generate business from the bank branch by promoting life insurance products.

• Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.

• Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular training and support for bank staff to enhance product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales/insurance/banking experience (preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with targets and build customer relationships.
