Job Title: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Union Bank of India ke branch staff ke sath milkar insurance business generate karna.

• Bank ke walk-in customers aur existing account holders ko IndiaFirst Life Insurance ke products (Term, Endowment, ULIP, Child Plans etc.) present aur cross-sell karna.

• Branch Relationship Managers aur other staff ko motivate aur support karna for insurance sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business productivity.

• Regular customer meetings & follow-ups to ensure policy closures.

• MIS reporting & compliance maintain karna.
