Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

CTC: 3.25+Incentives+4-6k Travelling Allowances
Age Limit: Max 37 years

Experience Required:

1 to 4 years experience in
Life Insurance experience OR cross-selling of Life Insurance is acceptable
Banca Channel experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff
Achieve assigned sales targets
Support bank teams with product training and joint calls
