We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Bancassurance

Location: As per branch allocation
CTC: ₹3.25LPA – ₹4.25 LPA
Role: Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets via bank partnerships
Build strong relationships with branch managers & staff
Support sales through joint customer meetings & illustrations
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals & bank data
Train bank staff on products and selling skills

KPI: Target achievement, branch activation & productivity
