About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (Security Sales) to join our team. The role involves reaching out to corporate clients, building relationships, and promoting our professional security services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients to pitch security services.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Facility Managers).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and client needs.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• 6–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Service Sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
