Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    Recruit, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet individual and team sales targets. 

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Create and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive property sales and expand market reach. 

  • Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about current real estate market trends, conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 

  • Client & Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders. 

  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management. 

  • Coaching & Mentoring:

    Offer guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents to enhance their skills and productivity. 

  • Deal Negotiation & Closings:

    Oversee and participate in the negotiation and closing of real estate deals to ensure successful outcomes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership: Ability to guide, inspire, and manage a sales team effectively. 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. 

  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate terms and close deals. 

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute sound sales strategies. 

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate market, trends, and customer needs. 

  • Client Relationship Building: Skills to establish and maintain lasting client relationships. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
