Job Summary:

Goldshire Investments is hiring an experienced Tea Export Manager to drive international business development and expand its tea portfolio across global markets. The role involves managing export operations, building distributor networks, and handling end-to-end international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies for tea products

  • Build and manage relationships with importers, distributors, HORECA, and retail clients

  • Lead international negotiations and close export deals

  • Handle export logistics, documentation, and compliance

  • Monitor global market trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Coordinate with freight, customs, and inspection agencies

  • Represent the brand at international trade fairs and B2B events

  • Work with marketing teams for region-specific strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in tea export / FMCG export

  • Strong knowledge of global tea markets and distribution networks

  • Experience in international sales, negotiations, and compliance

  • Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, and export regulations

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HORECA / retail / supermarket chains

  • Knowledge of tea grades, blends, and certifications

  • Multilingual skills (Arabic / Mandarin / French / Spanish – plus)
