 We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our network of buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with buyers of rice and maize.

• Ability to handle business deals with ease

• Acquire orders from ethanol/ alcohol manufacturing distilleries for the supply of rice and maize.

• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential leads.

• Negotiate and close deals with buyers, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Skills and Requirements:

MBA (Marketing/International Business preferred)

• 5 years of experience in FMCG sourcing, B2B sales, or international trade.

• Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a go-getter attitude.

• English and Hindi communication skill is a must.
