Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to support business growth through effective client coordination, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales support activities. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage business opportunities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through client interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with existing and potential customers to understand their requirements
Share product details, pricing information, and quotations as required
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending orders
Support the sales team in achieving assigned business targets
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, inquiries, and orders
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and dispatch status
Assist in payment follow-ups and commercial coordination
Provide training, guidance, and performance support to newly joined employees reporting to you.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
