HR EXECUTIVE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Building & Recruitment
Identify manpower requirements and hire suitable candidates for different departments.
Conduct interviews, evaluations, and onboarding processes.
Build a productive, disciplined, and motivated team that can execute company tasks effectively.
2. Training & Performance Management
Provide initial training to new team members on company processes, tools, and work expectations.
Allocate tasks clearly and monitor daily performance.
Ensure every team member meets their targets and maintains professional behaviour.
3. Work Supervision & Task Execution
Assign daily, weekly tasks to the team and ensure timely completion.
Track progress and resolve any work-related issues immediately.
Maintain reports on work output, productivity, and attendance.
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between management and employees.
Communicate company goals, updates, and policies clearly to the team.
Maintain healthy and professional workplace communication.
5. Employee Management
Maintain discipline, attendance, and behavioural standards within the team.
Motivate employees, reduce conflicts, and handle grievances professionally.
Identify low-performers and take corrective action when required.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
Maintain records of hiring, performance, payroll support, and other HR activities.
7. Company Culture & Values
Build a positive work culture based on professionalism, responsibility, and ownership.
Encourage teamwork, accountability, and trust within the team.
