Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and approach corporate organizations with 50–100+ employees.

Introduce and explain the company's healthcare services to HRs and decision-makers.

Schedule meetings and appointments for the senior sales/business team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of prospects and meetings.

Achieve monthly appointment and business development targets.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in business development, sales, or corporate marketing is preferred.

Ability to confidently interact with HRs and corporate decision-makers.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
