We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Sacnam Global. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website forms, social media leads
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable Vaastu consultation package
Conduct telephonic/video consultations for initial discussio
Prepare proposals and share service details with client
Follow up regularly to close deal
Maintain proper lead tracking in CR
Coordinate with the consulting team for appointment schedulin
Achieve monthly revenue target
Maintain high conversion ratio and customer satisfactio
