Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the event and décor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and market research

  • Meet clients at their homes, event venues, and offices to understand requirements and present décor concepts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat and referral business

  • Coordinate with the internal design/operations team to ensure seamless client experience

  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor services, and latest décor ideas

Requirements

  • Experience in Business Development / Sales within events, décor, hospitality, or similar field (preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong networking and client-handling abilities

  • Ability to travel for client meetings and venue visits

  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for the event industry
