Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s client base. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.

  • Build and implement strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand visibility.

  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, plans, and financial projections.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and partners.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling presentations and campaigns.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments such as marketing, legal, finance, and operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
