🚨 HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

RAPID INFOTECH is looking for a Female Fresher to join our growing Sales & Business Development team in Gurugram.

💼 Position

Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher

📍 Location

Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana

💰 Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on the candidate's communication skills and interview performance.

🎓 Experience

Fresher – 0 to 1 year

Female candidates only

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

• Identify and approach potential corporate customers.

• Make outbound calls and introduce RAPID INFOTECH's IT products and solutions.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales/pre-sales team.

• Prepare and share quotations with customers.

• Follow up with prospects regularly and work towards converting leads into orders.

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, quotations, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.

✅ Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with corporate customers.

• Strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
