Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in sales and marketing of manpower services such as security guards, housekeeping staff, and facility personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strategic B2B relationships, and generating revenue in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in Security and Housekeeping manpower outsourcing.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site assessments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, and admin heads.
Handle end-to-end business development including pitching, proposal submission, pricing, and closure.
Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Track market trends, generate leads, and meet monthly sales targets.
Participate in tenders, RFPs, and corporate vendor empanelments.
Maintain sales funnel and reporting through CRM tools or Excel trackers.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales of Security, Housekeeping, or Facility manpower services.
Strong local network and ability to work in any environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel any where in India
Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Education: Graduate
