Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, strengthen business relationships, and support overall growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to manage corporate clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate internally with recruitment teams.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipelines, and business opportunities.
Attend client meetings and represent Raft Consultancy professionally.
🔹 Requirements
Any Graduate
5+ years of experience in Business Development (preferably in recruitment/consulting).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work towards targets.
Understanding of recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
