Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with prior experience in digital marketing agencies or influencer marketing agencies. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities for our podcast studio, video production, and content creation services.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales, communication, and client handling skills, along with experience in selling digital marketing or agency services.

This role requires someone who can handle inbound leads, communicate with potential clients, share proposals/pricing, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into paying clients through calls, follow-ups, and meetings

• Sell studio services such as podcast production, video production, and content creation

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements

• Share pricing, proposals, and service details with clients

• Follow up with interested leads and close deals

• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding

• Coordinate internally with the production team when required

• Track leads and maintain proper sales follow-up records

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in digital marketing agency or influencer marketing agency

• Experience in selling digital marketing services or agency services

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable handling sales calls and client interactions

• Ability to follow up consistently and close deals

• Organized and proactive approach to lead management
