🎯 Your Role
• Identify new market segments and business opportunities, converting them into successful deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design strategic campaigns.
• Represent ETIOS as the face of the brand at industry events and meetings.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data management of all projects and leads.

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven track record in business development / B2B sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and relationship management.
• Strategic mindset, quick thinking, and result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in digital tools, MS Office, and CRM platforms.
