Key Responsibilities
•	Vendor Acquisition:
o	Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partners (farmers, producers, logistics partners).
o	Build strong vendor relationships ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
•	Sales Team Management:
o	Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on vendor acquisition and partner onboarding.
o	Develop and execute training programs to ensure team efficiency and consistency.
•	Business Development Strategy:
o	Develop and implement strategies to scale vendor partnerships and expand market presence.
o	Identify new market opportunities and build pipelines for growth.
•	Performance Tracking:
o	Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and vendor engagement metrics.
o	Report progress and optimize strategies based on data insights
Desired Skills & Experience
•	Proven experience in business development, vendor acquisition, or sales (preferably in AgriTech, FMCG, or Retail sectors).
•	Experience in team hiring, training, and performance management.
•	Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
•	Passion for sustainability, organic farming, or agri-entrepreneurship is a plus
