Requirement :
Person with hands on experience in, travelling across Maharashtra and other regions, with travelling history, good relations with Doctors, Healthcare departments, Laboratories, Government bodies etc. throughout PAN India will be considered.
The candidate is responsible for driving the growth of the assigned products through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective sales strategies.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the market presence of the company's rapid test kits and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirement with skills :
Outgoing Personality, Excellent English communications, convincing & negotiation skills, Computer knowledge, Email drafting , and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in Business development, Sales & Marketing, Appointing Distributors across PAN INDIA etc and only from the Medical or Healthcare Sector.
Proven contacts with Doctors, Healthcare professionals in the relevant departments, and having good contacts with distributors etc...
Strong understanding of Diagnostic Rapid test kits, Hearing Aids, Thermotool etc mainly and also other products.
Ability to work independently and appoint new Distributors if required to boost the product sales in their given territory.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
