We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth. You will learn end-to-end sales processes, build client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue generation.
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Generate leads and set up meetings with prospective customers.
Present products/services to clients and explain the company’s value proposition.
Support in creating proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets assigned by the manager.
Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with clients
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts

Ability to learn quickly and handle client objections

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
