Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through online research, networking, and databases.

• Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential clients to introduce HR/recruitment services.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, negotiation, and closure.

• Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Consistently meet or exceed business development targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in the HR/recruitment industry.

• Strong in lead generation and client acquisition.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• Must be based in or willing to work from Dwarka, Delhi.
