Urgent Openings for BDM
Location: Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh
Salary : Upto 6 LPA (Depends on interview )
You have to take care of the following roles and responsibilities:
1. Full Ownership of Territory – Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh
Responsible for the entire Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh states based in Raipur.
Take complete end-to-end responsibility for sales, marketing, branding, promotion, and business development activities across both states.
Operate autonomously without a local team—plan, execute, and optimize activities independently.
Prioritize districts and cities based on market potential, nursing college density, and competition landscape.
Own the territory P&L (Profit & Loss) in terms of sales targets and marketing spend efficiency.
2. Target Achievement
Responsible for achieving the targets from the assigned territory, which need to be achieved through direct sales or through calling. Need to take full ownership of the assigned targets.
Accountable & responsible for getting maximum App downloads from the assigned area. Also, focus on collecting students' & faculty's data. The Monthly App download target is 1200.
Minimum 3 colleges/hospitals visit every day for promotion. Monthly target of colleges/hospital visit is 60.
Get permission of class presentation while visiting colleges. 15 class presentations need to be done in a month.
Permission/scheduling of a minimum of 4 mega seminars/webinars has to be taken from colleges per month.
Minimum revenue target of Rs. 1.20 Cr (Net) per year (minimum Rs. 10 lacs per month).
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set by the organization for both online and offline NNL products.
Ensure sustained sales momentum by tapping into both fresh leads and repeat opportunities.
3. Lead Generation, Conversion & Pipeline Building
Generate and qualify leads through:
College visits
Direct student interactions
Local referrals and alumni networks
Hostels & PGs
Libraries & Reading rooms
Hotspots
Events
Inbound inquiries (follow-up and conversion)
Participate in and organize multiple CMEs, conferences & exhibitions at Nursing Colleges for the marketing, lead generation & sales of NNL products.
4. Institutional Relationship Building & Sales
Independently build strong, ongoing relationships with:
Nursing colleges
Hospital training departments
Nursing student unions
Local coaching centers and influencers
State Nursing Council
Principals, Faculties & Librarians
Dealers
Complete marketing, branding, promotion, & Institutional Sales of Smart Digital Library, Phyigital, NNLONE, NNL Academy, NNL Eduhub, Faculty Development Program & NNL VSL Pack along with the Smart Dealer in your assigned area.
Connect with all the Nursing Colleges & Hospitals in the assigned territory through emails or calls and work on the potential colleges & hospitals from proposals to final sales to payment collections to post-sales to provide smooth services for all the plans.
Work on various college groups for group sales.
Negotiate tie-ups and strategic partnerships to boost brand reach and sales.
5. Marketing & Local Promotion
Plan and execute localized BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities:
Seminars, workshops, and on-campus promotions
Flyers, banners, and print campaigns
Propose and manage territory-specific marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
6. Student Ambassador & Group Sales
Identify, onboard, and manage Student Ambassadors from all the colleges in your assigned territories to extend reach—ensuring training, motivation, and performance tracking.
Get the sales leads through them & ensure alignment of their lead generation efforts with NNL’s brand positioning.
7. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
Continuously gather market intelligence on:
Competitor offerings and pricing
Student behavior, exam trends, and content feedback
Institutional needs and policy shifts
Update with the new Marketing Strategies & the Product Knowledge of NNL One. Find out new ways and techniques of promotions branding, and how to increase the sales.
Share actionable insights with product and marketing teams for business alignment.
8. Reporting & CRM Discipline
Maintain updated records of all activities, leads, conversions, visits, and interactions using CRM tools.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports, territory plans, and competitor analysis tothe reporting manager.
9. Customer Support & Retention
Serve as the point of contact for basic post-sale support—ensuring student onboarding is smooth and queries are addressed.
Encourage referrals, review, and repeat business from satisfied customers.
10. General
· Prepare various PowerPoint Presentations, Video Presentations and Proposal Letters for all plans and also work on out-of-the-box ideas to achieve the targets.
· Participate in various in-house & outdoor meetings and need to give valuable input on product development and marketing strategies. Attend various meetings on behalf of the Director/organization for assigned purposes, as and when required.
· Take ownership of the assigned work and complete the same diligently and on time. May need to work extra hours to complete daily tasks and achieve monthly targets.
· Clear all the accounts (Expenses/Challans/Approvals/Institutional Payments) on time (end of every month) and provide all the required supportive documents, original documents like tickets, hotel bills, complimentary receipts, etc.
· May need to do late evening hostel work and work on weekends or whenever it is required on nonworking days, which will be compensated by comp off.
· Always work for the company's interest and never be involved in any other activity that directly or indirectly conflicts/affects the company’s business and interests.
