Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Google Ads, etc.) to potential clients.

• Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.

• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term collaboration.

• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.

• Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in a Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising agency.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong networking ability with a proactive approach to lead generation.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
