Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, demonstrating solutions, conducting site visits, and closing automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and engage potential customers interested in home automation solutions
2. Invite and guide customers through the Totem Experience Center
3. Demonstrate automation products including lighting, security, and home theater systems
4. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements
5. Propose customized automation solutions
6. Close sales and maintain long-term customer relationships
7. Ideal Candidate Profile
8. Strong customer orientation and consultative selling skills
9. Comfortable with technology and smart home concepts
10. Excellent communication and presentation skills
11. Self-driven and target-oriented
12. Prior experience in sales, real estate, architect & interior designer networks, or home solutions is an advantage
