About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Upwork, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Email Marketing, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive international sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, freelance platforms, cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve the quarterly target.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across international markets.
• Understand client requirements, create tailored proposals, and close deals effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or related industry.
• Strong expertise in Upwork, Cold Calling, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing and international client market.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
