We're looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving enterprise sales, building strategic client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition and enterprise sales
Build and manage key client accounts across BFSI, Hardware (Networking), Automotive & Telecom
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Negotiate contracts and develop long-term strategic partnerships
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Improve client retention and strengthen customer relationships

Required Skills:
5-8 years of B2B Enterprise Sales & Business Development experience
Strong expertise in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management & Contract Negotiation
Experience selling IT/Technology Solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets and manage large enterprise accounts
