Establish and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Interior Stylists, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure product specifications and drive sales.
Develop and implement an effective business development strategy to achieve sales targets and secure brand approvals.
Drive the sales process from lead generation through closing, with a focus on developing new accounts and expanding existing business.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and BD teams to identify, strategize, and execute new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling business plans and presentations to senior management outlining key objectives and strategies.
Utilize innovative sales techniques to build and maintain a strong customer base and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a strong network within the architectural community to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities.
Implement systems for tracking and reporting on sales activities and employee development, enhancing overall team performance and skill enhancement.
Proven experience in dealing with stakeholders in the building materials industry—especially architects and specifiers.
