Job Description

Job Summary:

Mahendra Academy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our E-Learning division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating hot leads, handling team operations, interacting with parents and students, and converting inquiries into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage hot leads through various online and offline channels.

  • Convert leads into admissions by effectively counseling parents and students.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement.

  • Handle and guide a small team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

  • Plan and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to improve lead generation campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

  • Conduct presentations or counseling sessions about courses and e-learning programs.

  • Achieve revenue and enrollment targets consistently.
