Job Description

Business Development (BD):

Identify and generate new business opportunities for celebrity endorsements, influencer marketing, brand promotions, and video collaborations
Pitch Luxe Star services to brands, startups, agencies, and corporate clients
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with celebrities, influencers, and internal teams for smooth execution
Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business
Maintain CRM records, proposals, and deal tracking

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for Luxe Star
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & WhatsApp marketing
Create marketing strategies to generate inbound leads
Work on paid ads (Meta Ads / Instagram Boosts – basic knowledge required)
Coordinate with designers and video editors for promotional creatives
Analyze campaign performance and improve engagement & lead quality
