Recruit, onboard, and manage field sales teams.
✅ Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.
✅ Drive team productivity and achieve business targets.
✅ Allocate sales targets and track daily performance.
✅ Conduct surprise field visits to ensure policy compliance.
✅ Hire, mentor, and develop Gold Loan Sales Executives.
✅ Review daily business reports and territory performance.
✅ Maintain accurate LMS entries and operational records.
✅ Prepare and validate payout sheets.
✅ Coordinate with partner banks to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Manage Business Transfer (BT) requests and tracker.
✅ Reconcile BT cases with the Accounts team.
✅ Manage P&L and improve branch profitability.
✅ Issue Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for non-performing team members.
✅ Ensure complete adherence to company policies and operational standards.
