Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with a background in educational counselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals on career-oriented courses.
Generate and convert leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Understand learner needs and suggest appropriate courses/programs.
Follow up with potential candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding of new students.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales or educational counselling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
