Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities and duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research markets and potential clients to uncover new leads and markets.

• Build and nurture relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

• Develop strategies and proposals: Create detailed business plans and sales strategies, and prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Negotiate and close deals: Lead the negotiation process for contracts and agreements to secure new business.

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.

• Monitor and report on progress: Set goals, track key performance indicators, and generate regular reports on business development activities.

• Stay informed on market trends: Keep up with industry developments, competitor activities, and market strategies to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

• Enhance organizational reputation: Act as a representative of the company to build its reputation and secure new business.
