Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Bhutani Alphathum, Sec 90, Noida - Nearest metro station is 137
Experience: 2-5 Years (Real Estate preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential leads.

• Handle site visits, project presentations, and close deals with prospective clients.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.

• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proven sales track record, preferably in real estate.

• Good understanding of the property market and trends.

• Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate sector.
