Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)

(Work from Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive company growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and daily coordination with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Generation

  • Generate new leads and convert them into business through calls, emails, and meetings.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🔹 Client Handling & Follow-ups

  • Conduct regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients through Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp.

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable company services.

🔹 Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with Telecallers / Operations team to ensure proper lead follow-up and service delivery.

🔹 Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate client and lead data in MS Excel / CRM.

  • Prepare and submit Daily Work Report (DWR) including leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.

🔹 Relationship Building

  • Build long-term professional relationships with clients.

  • Represent the company brand in a professional and confident manner.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition (Service industry preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting).

  • Ability to draft professional and error-free Emails & WhatsApp messages.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in Hindi and basic understanding of English.

Sales Mindset:

  • Target-oriented, confident negotiator, and self-motivated.

Education:

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.


Work Environment

🏢 Office-Based Role: 100% Work from Office
📊 Responsibility: Manage own leads, data, and daily reporting to management.
