Job Description

🎯 Core Sales Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads for digital marketing services

  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation → pitching → closing

  • Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and present KPro Digii offerings professionally

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (daily tracking in CRM/Google Sheets)


💰 Revenue & Target Ownership

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets (not just lead targets)

  • Focus on high-ticket clients

  • Upsell & cross-sell services (Ads + Creative + Video + Automation)


📞 Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Follow up on leads

  • Qualify leads based on budget, decision authority, and business potential

  • Convert cold leads into serious business opportunities


🧠 Strategy-Based Selling (Important for Premium Positioning)

  • Understand client business and suggest custom digital strategies

  • Pitch ROI-driven campaigns, not just services

  • Work closely with Ads & Creative team to present strong proposals


🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with brand owners, marketing heads, and corporate clients

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business

  • Ensure client satisfaction → retention → referrals


📊 Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily reporting of:

    • Leads generated

    • Calls/meetings done

    • Conversions

    • Revenue closed

  • Use CRM tools / Sheets for pipeline visibility


📢 Market & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities in:

    • BFSI

    • Real Estate

    • D2C Brands

    • Corporate Events (your existing strength)

  • Attend networking events / exhibitions for lead generation
