Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with insurance companies.

  • dentify new clients and expand the company's survey and loss assessment network.

  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with surveyors and internal teams for timely assignment execution.

  • Prepare and submit business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.

  • Maintain records of business activities, client interactions, and sales reports.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

  • Preferred Industry Exposure

    Experience with organizations such as:

    • Insurance Companies

    • Insurance Brokers

    • Third Party Administrators (TPAs)

    • Independent Surveyor Firms

    • Corporate Risk Management Departments
