Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and leading sales strategies. The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth and sales strategies
Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities
Manage key clients and maintain long-term business relationships
Lead and mentor the business development and sales team
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams
Prepare reports and present business updates to senior management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development or sales leadership
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with result-oriented approach
Ability to manage teams and handle revenue targets
Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and CRM systems
Experience in EV, manufacturing, or trading industry preferred
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
6–10 years of relevant business development or sales experience
